All the five chukkala muggulu designs with colours (one is an exception and is a white muggu were created by me, maybe in 2012 or 2012.
The fourth one is the simplest muggu with chukkala and is with 11 to 1 dot. It became quite popular at that time, a decade back when internet was still at its infancy in India.
Everyone could not afford data and broadband. Mobiles technology was also not very advanced. So invariably most of my views from the desktop.
The first birds chukkala muggulu is with 11 to 6, madhya chukkala as interlaced or in between dots are called in Telugu.
This is type of dot pattern is suitable for drawing relatively intricate motifs using curves white the straight dot grid is useful for creative muggulu designs with short straight lines.
I have coloured the birds in purple though the look like ducks. However, the internet has come to my rescue, the closest match for a purple-coloured duck-like bird is the purple swamphen, it seems.
It proves whatever we try to create is already available in nature. Nature, you cannot beat it so better join it.

A mango leaf muggu with 11 to 6 dots. Simple elongated mango leaves (give me the artistic liberty and don't ask whether mango leaves are so long and shaped this way. I filled with indigo like blue with pink flowers, green represents the tendrils of the creepers which hold the flowers.

The beautiful rangoli with 11 to 1 dot below is also one of my favourite creations in the early days of Rangolisansdots. There is a lot of influence of the rangoli sans dots (literally meaning rangoli without dots) and hence I liked it very much.

As discussed earlier, the illustration below shows a simple 11 to 1 dot muggu. It became popular because the patterns involved are simple and repeated. My husband opined that it is too simple and I was also sceptical about sharing it. He had his reservations, but I was confident because I noticed that readers and viewers were in need of very simple muggulu designs because many of them were eager to learn this art. I am happy that I shared it on social media and it was received quite well. Since the spaces available are restricted, I have added blue and pink lines to the white outline rangoli.

This white outline rangoli design shown below is one of the most popular creations. It has been used by content creators on social media. One or two of them have been kind enough to tag me and give credit to me for my creative rangoli design. This is a healthy practice - one should create on his/her own or when using someone's creation credit should be given. It is difficult to get copyrights for all creations and even if we get it is difficult to pursue to the logical conclusion. Many a time I watch helplessly.
